1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations within our supported delivery network.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: FREE
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated standard delivery time: 8–13 business days
Delays may occasionally occur during:
- Peak seasons
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier backlogs
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Orelia Pure cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers or factors outside our control.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed: Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.
No orders are processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, an email containing your tracking number will automatically be sent.
Please note: Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to become visible while the parcel moves through international sorting and logistics centers.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

- Failure to collect the parcel on time
The following charges may apply:
- Actual outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Administrative fee of £10
These fees must be paid before reshipment can be arranged.

Important: We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen due to specific delivery instructions provided directly to the courier by the customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal & Complaints
Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order.
Please note: For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

- Beauty tools with broken hygiene seals
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
